These Terms of Service apply to the website rsccleaning.com (the “Site”) and to any quotes, bookings, or services requested from RSC Cleaning Inc. (“RSC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services, Quotes, and SchedulingAll information on the Site is provided for general information only. Quotes and estimates are based on the details provided by the client and may change following an on-site assessment. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Client ResponsibilitiesClients agree to: Provide safe and reasonable access to all areas to be cleaned Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or confidential items prior to service Disclose known hazards such as pests, mold, biohazards, damaged surfaces, or unsafe conditions before service begins
3. Payments, Cancellations, and No-ShowsPricing, deposits (if applicable), and payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice. Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are as follows: 30 Days Advance Notice
4. Satisfaction GuaranteeIf you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify RSC Cleaning Inc. within 1 day after the service completion. We will review the concern and, where appropriate, re-clean the affected area.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSC Cleaning Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
RSC’s total liability for any claim related to services or Site use is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
6. User ConductYou agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Site functionality, or submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.
